Favorite Exercise

I was wondering what people's favorite exercise is at the moment. It's great to see the old fashioned compound free weight exercises becoming very popular in Carlisle these days.

Currently my favorite exercise is a Chin-up/ Dip superset.
I know technically that's two exercises but I'll count supersets in as one exercise to make things a bit more interesting.
