Reply with quote | #1 | I was wondering what people's favorite exercise is at the moment. It's great to see the old fashioned compound free weight exercises becoming very popular in Carlisle these days.
Currently my favorite exercise is a Chin-up/ Dip superset. I know technically that's two exercises but I'll count supersets in as one exercise to make things a bit more interesting. __________________ http://www.steve-dunne-fitness.com |

Reply with quote | #3 | My favourite exercise is the side lunge, with a variation of keeping your kness facing forward. Really tests your balance on low weights, and gives a bun toasting burn.

Reply with quote | #4 | That side lunge is a great exercise, very hard to do actually. It'll give you some inner thighs.
My favorite for this week is a Dumbbell Snatch - great for the core & works the whole body. Gets the heart & lungs working hard too! __________________ http://www.steve-dunne-fitness.com |
